The Restoration of Israel, CD, Joel Chernoff

 

Joel Chernoff is truly special.  Part of the group Lamb, he has been ministering to the Jewish community for a long time. He heads Joseph's Storehouse which is an outreach ministry to Jewish people in need in Israel. Because of Jewish persecution in many countries, Jews have made aliyah to Israel, but many of them have no resources with which to live. Joseph's Storehouse assists these people.

 

This is the recording we have been awaiting for 7 years! It is Joel at his most worshipful; includes "Holy Unto You," "Abba Father," "No Weapon Formed Against You," and "Jew and Gentile."

 

I love "Jew and Gentile".  The text is out of Romans 11.  I was always sad that I wasn't Jewish until I read Isaiah 56:3,5  NKJV "Do not let the son of the foreigner who has joined himself to the Lord speak, saying "The Lord has utterly separated me from His people""…."Even to them I will give in My house and within My walls a place and a name better than that of sons and daughters: I will give them an everlasting name that shall not be cut off."  Isn't that beautiful? Even me, a Gentile, can have a name better than that of sons and daughters.  Jesus, Messiah has come to tear down the wall of partition that separates Jew and Gentile, Ephesians 2:14-15.
